We try and make apps easy to use but sometimes you need some step-by-step instruction. Here is an overview of how to make Dial Hours work best for you:

Dial Hours allows you to organize your contacts into four separate and customizable profiles. When you lock each profile, Dial Hours encrypts the telephone numbers and/or email addresses for contacts in that profile and will prevent those contacts from being used.



Here's how to set up your Dial Hours profiles:
 

  1. Tap "Contacts" on the Main Menu and assign contacts to individual profiles.
  2. Tap on a profile to adjust the profile name, choose to encrypt phone numbers/emails or both, set alerts to remind you when to turn this profile on/off, and manage contacts directly for that profile.
  3. Return to the Main Menu and tap on the Lock icon next to a profile to lock it and encrypt the contact data.
  4. When the Master Unlock Code screen appears, you can choose to enable the Time Lock option, which will lock the profile for a set amount of time and you cannot access it until the time is up, or proceed with the Time Lock on “Off” and be able to unlock the profile at any time.
  5. Enter your Master Unlock Code.

Now your contacts are locked! To unlock, just tap the Lock icon next to the profile and enter your Master Unlock Code. Use the "Settings" button to change the Master Unlock Code or Reset All to remove your contacts from all profiles and start over.

Tapping the info button on the app's main screen can always access this information.
